For parents

Your kid's schedule. Your balance. Your kid's progress. One screen.

Your studio runs on Pirouette. Which means you don't have to email the front desk to find out what you owe, when class is, or whether your kid moved up. It's all on the page when you open the app.

Designed mom-first by default — second-parent routing is optional, not assumed.

We built the parent portal first — not last. Because we know who's actually doing the work of running the family side of dance: registration, billing, schedule juggling, knowing which kid needs which leotard on Tuesday. You should not have to email the studio to do any of it.

The six things you're going to ask the studio this week.

On Pirouette, you don't have to ask.

01

How much do I owe?

On your home screen, at the top, with the next charge date.

No drilling. No 'log in to billing.' No reading a ledger that goes the wrong way. The balance is one number on one tile, with the line items underneath if you want to look. Stop emailing the front desk to ask.

02

When is my kid's next class?

Right there, under the balance.

Each kid's next-up class, this week's schedule, and any teacher messages — for every kid in the family on one screen. No tab-switching, no per-kid login.

03

Where is my kid on their progression?

On the kid's page, in plain language.

Tier ladder, what they're working toward, the teacher's recent notes you're allowed to see. The internal teacher notes stay internal — what's shared with you is shared on purpose.

04

What channel do you reach me on?

Whichever you actually use.

Billing on text. Schedule changes via push. The weekly broadcast via email. Snow days override everything. You set the routing once; the studio sends one message and it reaches you where you'll see it.

05

Can I just pay from my phone?

Stored card on file. Autopay if you want it. Walk-up tap to pay if you don't.

Add a card once, pay from anywhere. If autopay isn't your thing, the studio's tablet at the desk pulls your record up and lets you tap to pay — no card-numbers-over-the-counter, no Christina typing your CVV.

06

Did the studio tell me something I missed?

Snow days, costume status, recital seats — all in one history.

Every broadcast the studio has sent your family, on one feed. If a teacher messaged you about your kid, it's threaded on that kid's page. You can scroll back; you don't have to ask Christina what you missed.

The other thing parents notice

Your studio's portal looks like your studio. Not like ours.

Most studio platforms put a generic blue dashboard between you and your studio. Your studio's website is on-brand; the portal looks like a different company. So parents avoid the portal — and end up emailing the front desk anyway.

Per-studio theming means the portal you open inherits your studio's colors, wordmark, and photography. Same app underneath, but it feels like the studio's own thing — because, functionally, it is.

Your studio is moving to Pirouette?

Set up your family account once. We'll have your balance, your kids' schedules, and your messaging preferences ready when class starts.

Your studio sends an invite link, or you can sign up directly and we'll connect you to the right studio at registration.
