The story
The biggest reason parents avoid the current portal is that it doesn't look like the studio. The studio's website is on-brand; the portal looks like generic SaaS. Parents bounce. Christina ends up doing portal work over email.
Pirouette ships per-studio theming as a V1.x feature — the parent portal inherits the studio's palette and wordmark. The studio looks like itself across every surface a parent touches.
