Is the price really flat, or is there a per-student surcharge?
Flat. $199 per studio per month, regardless of student count, regardless of staff count, regardless of SMS volume. The price you see is the price you pay.
Do you take a cut of Stripe transactions?
No. We use Stripe Connect with your own connected Stripe account. The money lands in your account. We never touch the funds and we do not mark up the processing fee.
What about the branded mobile app?
Included. The incumbent charges $499 setup and $150/month — about $1,800/year — for a branded mobile app. We do not. Android sideload ships first; iOS TestFlight follows LLC verification. Web push covers the gap.
Are there add-ons or premium tiers?
No. There is one Pirouette. Every feature we ship is available to every studio on the platform. No upgrade pressure on Christina's UX.
What does setup look like?
Stripe OAuth connect, Twilio number purchase (~$1/mo, you buy directly), and a DSP data migration if you're coming off Dance Studio Pro. We handle the migration mapping once we have your export in hand.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Month-to-month. Your data is yours; we hand it back as a clean export on cancellation.
