Owner dashboard: growth, drain, health, payroll
Past-due 30/60/90 on top. Growth/drain dual lens. Studio health. Payroll digest. Reports a tap away.
The story
Mike's daily check-in is a phone glance between rush-hour drop-offs. The owner dashboard puts the four metrics that matter on one screen: past-due aging at the top, growth-versus-drain side by side, studio health below, and a reports button for everything else.
Growth-versus-drain is the dual lens — new enrollments and trial conversions on one side, withdrawals and the reasons captured at withdrawal on the other. Mike sees the bleed and the gain at the same time.
What this looks like in practice
- Past-due 30/60/90 as the top tile, biggest signal first
- Growth/drain dual lens: enrollments + conversions vs. withdrawals + reasons
- Studio health: attendance trends, comp-fee escrow variance
- Weekly payroll digest delivered to the owner inbox
- Reports route for MoM / YoY / WoW with Excel + CSV export
