This is a placeholder for the production Pirouette privacy policy. Before any studio cuts over to Pirouette, we will replace this content with counsel-reviewed language covering the categories below.
What we will cover in the final document
- What personal information Pirouette collects (parents, students, staff)
- How payment information flows through Stripe Connect — we do not store card numbers
- Per-studio data isolation (multi-tenant boundaries, RLS enforcement)
- Minors and student data — parental consent, COPPA posture
- Third-party sub-processors (Stripe, Twilio, Resend or Postmark, Supabase, Sentry)
- Data retention, export, and deletion on cancellation
- Security practices, breach notification timeline
- Contact information for privacy requests
In the interim
Until the production policy is published, all pre-launch communication and demo data is handled under Et'al Software's general privacy posture: we do not sell data, we use end-to-end encrypted backups, and we delete demo accounts on request. Email hello@usepirouette.com for any privacy concern.
